• It shall not be lawful to take up neither arms nor dongs, with the int to do injury either for the GNAA and their allies against the Wikipedians, or for the Wikipedians against the GNAA and their allies, in any way or means whatsoever. But should any difference arise between them they are to have recourse to law and oaths, according as may be agreed between the parties.
• Wikipedia officially declares that it has been trolled.

• GNAA ceases all trolling on the English Wikipedia, effective immediately.
• Any and all GNAA related articles present on the English Wikipedia at the time of the treaty taking effect are to be granted immunity from deletion of any kind.
• Jimbo Wales officially apologizes to the GNAA for allowing such rampant, flagrant, and widespread abuse of the deletion process.
• Jimbo Wales is made an official member of the GNAA.
• Jimbo Wales is to hold a public screening of Gayniggers from Outer Space before each and every Wikipedia-related function.
• The following articles are to be displayed as "featured articles" on the front page of the English Wikipedia for no less than 24 hours each:
  • Gay Nigger Association of America
  • Gayniggers from Outer Space
  • Goatse Security

• The following images are to be displayed as featured images on the front page of the English Wikipedia for no less than 24 hours each:

• All blocked GNAA editors are to be immediately unbanned, and not to be rebanned for anything.
• The Wikipedians are to present the GNAA with the corpse of anti-GNAA klansman "Selery" upon the signing of this document.
• Jimbo Wales is to get a GNAA logo tattoo upon his right buttocks, and Gary Niger is to get a Wikipedia logo tattoo upon his swollen member.
• GNAA receives its own Wikipedia project, "gnaa.wikipedia.org" to do whatever it pleases with it.
  • Alternatively, GNAA is put in charge of all troll related material on the English Wikipedia.
• The Wikipedians shall take an oath to the GNAA, and their allies, website by website. Every man shall swear by the most binding oath of his organization, seventeen from each website. The oath shall be as follows:-"I will abide by this agreement and treaty honestly and without deceit." In the same way an oath shall be taken by the GNAA and their allies to the Wikipedians.
• And the oath shall be renewed annually by both parties. Burning crosses shall be erected at the Wikimedia Foundation Headquarters, the GNAA World Headquarters, Jimbo Wales' front lawn, and the GNAA Headquarters in Tarzana, California.
• If anything be forgotten, whatever it be, and on whatever point, it shall be consistent with their oath for both parties the Wikipedians and the GNAA to alter it, according to their discretion.
• The treaty is to take effect one month to the day upon the signing of said treaty.
