<p>GNAA Forced to Cancel African Outreach Program<br />
Leon Kaiser - Kampala, Uganda</p>

<p><em>Kampala, Uganda</em> - GNAA today announced that it had been forced to
cancel its <a href="/wiki/pr/2011-10-25-gnaa-outreach">"Rescue Gays in a hurting
Africa"</a> outreach program due to the business practices and competence of the
man spearheading it, Dr. Noah Mugerwa, being called into question.</p>

<p>"As a result of Dr. Mugerwa's questionable competence and shady business
practices," a statement made by GNAA spokesnigger Murray D. Oxford read, "GNAA
has suffered a major setback in its efforts to improve the lives of both gays
and niggers all across Africa."</p>

<p>Dr. Mugerwa was assigned to find the gays of Africa, but he has apparently
faced many problems, as "many of the gays live in fear; hiding due to a fear of
being excommunicated by their relatives and being seen as a curse, even an
abomination by their loved ones; hiding due to a fear of isolation and being
laughed at; hiding from the intimidating African culture; and also hiding from
tough laws prohibiting homosexuality. Governments in Africa are very good at
hiding the truth, concocting a false truth, depriving people of their human
rights, and bribing those that could speak out about what really happens on the
ground to remain silent."</p>

<p>However, after months of spurious contact, GNAA officials were forced to call
the competence of Dr. Mugerwa into question. "GNAA hopes that this is but an
unfortunate series of incidents," said GNAA accountant Dominic Edward Molish
earlier today, "and Dr. Mugerwa is not the man we fear him to be. We love him
dearly and hope that he can live up to his word in the very near future. Our gay
brothers in Africa need him dearly."</p>

<p>Additionally, Dr. Mugerwa was set to
<a href="/wiki/pr/2011-10-20-gnaa-scholarship">provide financial backing</a> for
the Rogers Mulindwa Memorial Scholarship, a GNAA-run scholarship given in memory
of Rogers Mulindwa, a gay African man who tragically died at the hands of
Ugandan government officials. However, after months of correspondence, GNAA was
forced to cancel the scholarship after Dr. Mugerwa failed to provide the
promised funds.</p>

<p>"Dr. Mugerwa's incompetence and mismanagement is beginning to harm gays under
GNAA's care," GNAA investigator Horatio Brunswick said, "and as such, he has
been placed on administrative probation pending investigation as to whether or
not he truly wishes to help our brother niggers who are suffering so."</p>

<p>"You see," moaned GNAA founder Gary Niger, "we first offered to talk to Dr.
Mugerwa using our corporate IRC channel. He responded that the Internet in
Africa is slow, and we took him at his word there. However, about a month later,
he wanted to talk to us using <em>Skype</em>. As you know, the multimedia
communication suite known as 'Skype' is significantly more resource-intensive
than the text-only protocol known as 'IRC.'"</p>

<p>"Suddenly," Mr. Niger continued, frigging himself furiously, "Dr. Mugerwa,
after weeks of being unresponsive to our frequent emails, wrote to us 'I ask you
delete <a href="/wiki/partners">my profile</a> from your website with immediate
effect.am<em>[sic]</em> not part of GNAA and even my company is not
affliated<em>[sic]</em> to<em>[sic]</em> your fake organisation.am<em>[sic]</em>
sorry , am<em>[sic]</em> not dealing with you in any matter
neither<em>[sic]</em> do i intend to work with you in the near future.' Needless
to say, we were absolutely shocked. Not only that, but Dr. Mugerwa went on to
say that 'You have been telling lies since you started communicating
to<em>[sic]</em> me, you dont<em>[sic]</em> have money, you are too broke to do
anything, you very<em>[sic]</em> poor people and am<em>[sic]</em> not working
with broke gay niggers.Please stop stop<em>[sic]</em> .Remove my name from your
website, am<em>[sic]</em> not working with you.'"</p>

<p>"Dr. Mugerwa's email," Mr. Niger said, "has led us to believe that he was
only associating with us because we had money."</p>

Good Nite Orphanage provides the family with the necessary resources to create a
healthy and stable environment for the child and to become self-sustainable.
These include counseling, payment of school fees and/or the provision of loans
for starting a small business.</p>
